ALL ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THIS IMPORTANT HERITAGE EVENT TO BE HELD ON THE HILL OVER- LOOKING THE "BATTLE OF THE NECHES" WHERE CHIEF BOWLES (DUWALI), BIG MUSH AND SIX OTHER CHIEFS AND MANY MEN, WOMEN, AND CHILDREN WERE SLAIN ON JULY 16, 1839. WHITE HISTORIANS HAVE ALWAYS SAID THAT WAS THE END OF INDIANS IN EAST TEXAS.

COME HELP US PROVE IT IS NOT TRUE....WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN HERE!
