11:00 a.m. The Traditional Moccasin Walk honoring Cherokee ancestors who endured and those who died on the Trail of Tears.
Cherokee games, traditional storytelling and crafts round out an exciting day for all ages. Contact CCS President B.J. Remember to bring your potluck goodies and lawn chairs! CCS will provide soft drinks. Facilities include picnic tables, lighting, restrooms, pay phones and a nearby playground. Facility is handicapped accessible. This is an alcohol free and drug free event.
